How are we Paid?
A Caring Hand for Mom LLC receives a referral fee paid by the facility you choose and move into which ranges from 25%-100% of the first months rent depending on the community or home, as well as whether it is a long term stay or short-term respite stay. We are never paid by the client or their family that uses our services to find alternate housing of any sort; for our families we are FREE of charge to use. We are paid similiarly to how a realitor is paid only after our client moves in. There is one major exception which is that we are licensed healthcare professional not realitors or other non healthcare professionals.
